 The
Farm Shed is a unique place in Byron Bay for “inventors” of
new technology. We will be exploring “energy farming” using
solar energy, producing fossil fuel alternatives such as ethanol,
methane gas and bio diesel. Our production equipment will be
more effective than conventional machinery, combining conventional
farming methods with new technologies, e.g. “chemical
free’ boosts to piggery production by the use of ionized
acid and alkaline water.
Energy farming technology is ecologically friendly, recognising
the connection and the relationship between humans and nature. Dieter
Horstmann is using Eagle Farm to demonstrate this relationship
in an artistic way.
