The original homestead build in 1907 with timber from the
property, which was selected by the Simpson/ Mc Innes in the
1800s. The land was cleared of smaller rocks by building “dry
stack” rock walls, time and weather put their moss coat
on them.
They have become a real feature of EF with the rolling hills
dissected by straight rock lines resembling some Celtic landscapes
in Europe
